Good luck getting some sleep Miami Springs. The City Attorney reported that the Factory Town sound engineers conducted sound testing last week. The next event at Factory Town is scheduled for Thursday night, March 24th at 10pm and runs till Friday, March 25th at 10am. The City Attorney stated they would prefer to resolve this without going to court, but are continuing to move forward with legal options. Padilla now makes them in his own factory. According to the City Attorney, the representatives from Factory Town have hired sound engineers to work on the sound issues experienced by residents of the City of Miami Springs. The City of Miami Springs City Attorney gave the City Council an update on the ongoing Factory Town litigation. Factory Town is an outdoor entertainment facility in a warehouse district of Southeast Hialeah located at 4800 NW 37th Avenue.
